What We Accomplished
Everyone had so much fun drawing loops, lines and silly designs.
What the kids learned:
- Drawing a 3D P
- Primary and secondary colors
- Line art
- Drawing abstract art
- Understanding how to use markers (tips vs. thick edge)
- They learned about the artist Miro!
- Drawing minions
- Shading minions
- Making interesting color choices when sketching
We had about 15 minutes left and decided to draw a minion, which was also a huge hit! Lots of "betooooo-beeeeetoooo" were heard along with a chorus of "ba-na-na".
